could anyone please tell me how i can get technology file from cadence to use it in Sonnet or Momentum or Asitic i'm using tsmc130nm
i don't find stack layers in PDK Documents

go to PDK files, if you have assura extraction files, you can find layer stack information in pl2lvs(something like that).if you have calibre files, go to calibre extraction rules file.

This file contains properties of metal layers. As for thickness of each layer, and properties of dielectrics, youneed to refer to the file named procfile. With the information of those two files, you can make a substrate file
manually. That's very tedious, and error-prone. Good luck!

use sonnet virtuoso integrate that convert assura proc to sonnet mat
also you can use goldengate to convert assura files to momentum tech
