I just watched the hfss 14 linux you clip. Can I unzip the pack in other path? And would you please tell me how to setup the environment variable? Or write down a whole install user guide. TKS!

yes you can extract in other path
you must run /<path install>/hfss14/Linux/hfss in terminal
you don't need set-up the environment variable
