关于SMIC65nm的工艺库（.tf）读入错误的问题

楼主，我用的也是SMIC65，scc65nll_hs_8lm_1tm.tf，IO用的SP65NLLD2_3P3V_V0p4_8MT_1TM。
ICC建库时报错：Reference Library Inconsistent With Main Library ；List of pins mismatched in logic and physical libraries。
调入tlu+后，报错：Layer "M1" (metal1) exists in the MW-tech but not in the mapping AND ITF file. (TLUP-001)。你map文件用的是什么呀？
我用的是astro目录下的文件，里面没有TIM、PWR文件，不知道是不是正常。

楼主，我现在也在用SMIC65，发现IO库里CELLview怎么是空的啊，难道还要自己建么？
初学，啥也不懂啊。

我那个文件夹下就只有一个map文件，试了试没出错……

IO里面有个gds文件夹，我用read_stream给IO建了cellview，现在版图里终于可以看到IO了。

就是先用open_mw_lib打开IO库，然后read_stream /usr/SMIC/SMIC65LL_20121015/SMIC_65_IO/SP65NLLD2_3P3V_V0p4/SP65NLLD2_3P3V_V0p4/gds/SP65NLLD2_3P3V_DIGITAL_V0p4_8MT_2TM.gds
读进去就好啦，之后IO里面就有cellview了
