如何使用Milkyway 产生memory的Milkway lib

各位大侠你们好！

现在我需要产生memory的Milkway lib，具体流程如下，请各位大侠看下问题出在哪儿。

1. create a Milkyway lib

TF file：scc65nll_vhs_8lm_1tm.tf

返回的结果为：

Technology file scc65nll_vhs_8lm_1tm.tf has been loaded successfully.

axtfInitializeMainTable

Error: Failed to build technology table from scc65nll_vhs_8lm_1tm.tf. (MW-019)

axBuildALayer failed for PRBoundary!

2. LEF to Milkyway

设置如下

Tech LEF file: scc65nll_vhs_8lm_1tm.lef
Cell LEF file: S65NLLHS1PH_X65Y1D38.lef
Map file: gds2InLayer.map

返回的结果为：

Starting to read LEF file ...

WARNING : LEF NAMESCASESENSITIVE ON is inconsistent with library case sensitive OFF.

Calling LEF IN API exit handler ...

Read LEF completed

去Milkyway lib的文件夹下，并没有CEL和FRAM两个文件夹。

我不知道我的流程中哪一步出了问题，我觉得可能是map file或者LEF file选择的不对。

memory有lef的话，可以LEF to Milkyway的方式进行

    首先看看提示的lef语法错误是什么

其次，debug一下你用的map文件。

怎么都是smic65ll，现在，

先load astro、apollo tf ，建库，然后read_lef , 不要带tech lef，
