请问-max_library后面的smic13_ss_1p08v_125c 是不是不需要写路径了？

你是这么设置的吗？把on_chip_variation 换成bc_wc吧。13的工艺ocv有点悲观

operation的设置就是如上写的。

set_operating_conditions -analysis_type on_chip_variation \
-max_library smic13_ss_1p08v_125c -max ss_1p08v_125c \
