check_power的warning，请帮忙分析。

sta时，check_power出的warning，没看明白，命令返回0，如何逐个debug？我贴出log信息：

check_power -verbose? out_of_range应该是超出transition/load index了，如果是早期，可以忽略，如果是signoff阶段，是不是DRC(max_tran/max_cap)没fix完。10 lib cell without internal power是不是analog的一些IP? 还是有些digital IP给的.lib在power描述上不够完整。

out_of_range：应该像你说的那样，存在transition/load violation。
analog ip确实有些没function和power信息，自己写的lib。
