LVS 时提取文件中相关warning问题[已解决]

如题，
在run nmLVS时，在抽取文件lvs.rpt.ext中出现了很多warning。
Note:  LVS已经PASS了，现在就是在Debug文件中出现的warning,error等。
其中一些典型waring如下：
第一类：

有些确实在单个cell里是open或者short了，但是有些根本没有open或short,确报出来了，而且在block里也报出text open的问题。
哪位大侠能够指点一下，怎样Debug这些warning啊，另外在runset中有办法设置选项来消除或者减少这些warning吗？非常感谢！
另外，想请问下lvs runset中有什么选项可以忽略layout本身带的所有TEXT？

    有些看感觉是误报，因为查看gds根本看不出所报的warning信息。
    我现在就是不清楚有些到底是什么原因导致的。

    但是查看版图时，有些warning似乎与版图上表现出来的不符，这样怎么办啊？

那些个坐标的位置是那些个子单元内的坐标，不是你验证的这个cell的

    嗯，这些warning是出现在sub单元中的，我现在已经逐个确定了这些warning。其中有些报出来是真的short或者Open或unattached；但是其中也存在一些根本不是short或者Open的，但还是报出来warning了。
故我现在有两个问题：
1.误报的要怎么Debug.
2.在runset里怎样的设置才能消除或者减少这些warning.

TEXT DEPTH 或PORT DEPTH会不会好用？我没试过

我觉得应该都报出来，检查的越细越好

    我试着用了TEXT DEPTH,不过貌似不好用，影响好像不大。
版主另外想请教个问题，40nm TSMC 工艺中为什么必须加FILLER CELL 才能过LVS，若不加FILLER 就会出现很多CELL INCORRECT,POWER不正确。你知道原因吗？谢谢

FILLER  CELL和你什么工艺没有关系，目前的所有数字PR最后输出gds前都要加FILLER cell的
如果不加filler，不用说LVS了，DRC估计也很多错误吧。
