TSMC 0.35 噪声仿真

使用了0.35工艺文件仿噪声，结果离奇。网上有说缺少flkmod niomod参数。我查找了下，工艺scs文件里确实没这两项。比如nch噪声相关的描述仅有：
+ af=0.85 kf=1.0E-24
不确定是不是这个原因。缺少的值又该是多少。
哪位朋友能够帮助下？

加一句 flkmod＝1

This seems to a  BSIM3 model. You can check the model file heading and confirm here.

Also, there should be a nlev parameter. Is it missing? Usually you see nlev=3.

I am sorry I take it back. It is not clear what model this is. It is not necessarily BSIM3 model (also called BSIM3v2 model).  Also nlev may not be needed. According to

"Virtuoso® Spectre® Circuit Simulator
Components and Device Models Manual
Product Version 5.1.41
November 2004"

nlev will not be used unless the model is a BSIM3v3 model. flkmod is used only in BSIM3v3 and BSIM4.2 models. I was confusing Hspice model with Spectre model.

So I do not know what is wrong.
