我刚开始学习集成电路设计，有很多东西部明吧
请问做放大器时静态工作点怎么进行分析呢？

0. Set appropriate power supply level and ground level.
1. Set inputs with appropriate bias voltage or current.
2. Set appropriate load(s) at the output(s)
3. Specify ".op" command card in your SPICE simulation deck.
4. After SPICE run(s), check the listing in the log file.
5. Check and see whether the operating conditions of the transistors of your concern are what you expected, including the following:
   (a) node voltage
   (b) mode of operation range (i.e., cut-off, weak inversion, saturation, linear mode, etc.)
   (c) drain current, source current, bulk current
   (d) calculated Vth
   (e) Vds
   (f) gm and gmb
   (g) Cgd, Cgs, Cgb

对初学者来说最efficient的方法就是多看书，这些基本的问题很多书上都有，我想这里人回答的再好估计也就razavi,allen这种水平吧。很多简单的基础的东西已经很多人研究的很透了，就没必要在这浪费时间。还是希望论坛上多些质量高的帖子
