0. Set appropriate power supply level and ground level.
1. Set inputs with appropriate bias voltage or current.
2. Set appropriate load(s) at the output(s)
3. Specify ".op" command card in your SPICE simulation deck.
4. After SPICE run(s), check the listing in the log file.
5. Check and see whether the operating conditions of the transistors of your concern are what you expected, including the following:
(a) node voltage
(b) mode of operation range (i.e., cut-off, weak inversion, saturation, linear mode, etc.)
(c) drain current, source current, bulk current
(d) calculated Vth
(e) Vds
(f) gm and gmb
(g) Cgd, Cgs, Cgb
