具体可以参照下面一段话。。。
The NMOS and PMOS can never have identical currents. If current mismatch is reduced in typical conditions through careful choice of transistor sizes, significant mismatch can still be observed specially in the fast-NMOS slow-PMOS process corner (FNSP) or slow-NMOS fast-PMOS process corner (SNFP).
