从论坛整了个icc2008,没用installer安装，直接解压缩的，设置好cshrc和lic后
启动icc_shell 报如下错

Warning: Site Information is not available ... Have you run install_site?
Unable to obtain features 'Galaxy-Common Galaxy-ICC ' because:
Error: Cannot open key file '/data/eda/syn/icc/admin/license/key' or a licensing environment parameter has not been set correctly. (SEC-2)
Fatal: Galaxy-Common+Galaxy-ICC is not enabled. (DCSH-1)
Exit IC Compiler!

找不到license，应该是license没设好或者是license不能用，
