SMIC IO 库导入.sp原理图map文件对应问题

使用SMIC 标准IO库中单元PANA2APW,在导入原理图网表时，发现其网表中有一个器件（C2）如图，请问map文件应该对应为什么器件呢？尝试继续填写C2遇到如下错误：

        Instance: M2
        Instance has master: 'mos' model/subtype: 'C2'
                Master Cell 'mos[C2]' mapped to 'C2'.
                Did not find 'smic18mmrf.C2:symbol'.
ERROR (SPICEIN-24): Spice In did not find the symbol view of the master cell 'mos' of the instance
'M2' in the subcircuit 'PANA2APW'. Specify the reference library that has the symbol
view of the master cell, or use device-mapping to map 'mos' to a different cell.
