NPU架构TL
1.Short-term：
架构设计阶段: 负责深入评估第三方IP的PPA，了解各家IP的核心优势, 完成High level design document, 包含需要二次开发的所有功能
DE阶段: 负责RTL交付的所有工作（RTL/SDC/UPF/PPA）和implementation signoff
DV/CV阶段: 负责与DV/CV协作完成Verification signoff
2.Long-term：
自研IP或者Architectural licensed IP的维护和升级
支持量产过程的问题定位和能效优化


职位要求：
1.Your role will be to guide, develop and define their NPU architecture and micro-architecture, as well as to design custom ISAs that support Ai algorithms and balance performance with power consumption trade-offs.
2.You’ll need: Experienced with GPU/CPU architecture development
3.Strong experience with ISA development
4.To be familiar with ML frameworks
5.To be well versed in C/C++
6.It would be great if you also had: Deep Neural Network experience
7.A logic design background
