[求助] SMIC180电容和dnw管子报错

SMIC180工艺导出大mim电容时出错
Fully enclosure of bottom plate(Mn)region on a MIM region is >= 0.40um
但测量后发现都满足0.4um的条件
导出DNW管子时，也报错
Enclosure of DNW by the chip edge (BORDER layer) if it need SMIC to add seal ring is >= 5.00um
尝试自己在最外面加多一个环，然后与dnw的距离大于5um，仍然无法解决
