理想库的电容无法生成网表

各位大佬，由于某家工艺比较落后，我不得不把virtuoso换成IC617,仿真器换成MMSIM151,但是我在服务器安装成功后，无法正常生成网表，但是在虚拟机安装是没有问题的，虚拟机是采用的redhat6，而服务器里面安装的centos7.9，我的测试电路很简单就是理想的电容和电阻搭的。报错如下：
