I used Design Compiler Encryption to encrypt a file, but encountered an error related to license.
Although I had licenses, after the tool was patched with SynopsysMonoSlayer, it no longer appeared in the license server log.

Information: License queuing is enabled. (SYNENC-12)
Error: This site is not licensed for 'DesignWare'. (SEC-51)
Error: This site is not licensed for 'DW-Developer'. (SEC-51)
