Cadence PVS error [solved]

Running
cadence virtuoso IC23.1 with PVS191 or PVS222 I get

>Loading prf.cxt

>Loading *WARNING* Connection to MACHINE failed. Connection refused

How can solve?

It is akown problem at Cadence:

'Not able to open PVS Run Submission form - *WARNING* Connection failed'

but not known to me.

check /etc/hosts file and make sure it contains correct hostname/ip settings

I changed

ect/hosts

to

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.1.1 osboxes.org

Probably not set as it is virtualbox Centos 7
