tsmc18rf的pdk安装

我这个版本的cadence软件（Product Version IC23.1, October 2024）没有找到cdb转OA的那个工具，如图：

总之就有这个Warning: ddUpdateLibList: It appears that you are trying to run an OA executable on CDB data. Library 'tsmc18rf' contains file '/home/eda/tsmc.18rf/1P6M_1.8V_3.3V_MM_RF/tsmc18rf/prop.xx' which is CDB data. If this is an OA library, this file needs to be removed. If this is a CDB library, use cdb2oa to convert your data from CDB to OA and then try again.

这个tsmc18rf工艺库也是用不了的，显示灰色：

想问问各位前辈该怎么解决这个问题，它是没有进行格式转换导致的问题吗？

如果我用另外一台虚拟机里面的ic617进行cdb to OA转换，可以直接把转换过后的文件导入到我现在在使用的机子吗？这样导入的工艺库能够正常使用吗？

可以，转成OA之后拷过来直接添加库就OK了
