| ERROR (LMF-02015): Cannot connect to license server system. 
 The client cannot connect to the license server. If lmstat indicates the
 daemons are running, this error message can indicate that the network is not
 working properly. Verify that the client can reach the license server using
 the telnet command. You can also encounter this problem in a busy network.
 If the network is frequently busy and your application is timing out,
 consider the following options,
 
 1. The amount of data sent between the license server and the client
 is minimal. But Cadence applications check with the license server
 periodically. So it is important that the connectivity time between the
 license server and the client is fast.
 
 2. A local license server as the primary license server and a central
 server as a backup is also recommended.
 
 3. For fault-tolerant license servers, increase the heartbeat interval
 between the license servers by specifying the interval value in the
 SERVER line in the license file. For more information on setting the
 heartbeat interval refer to FLEXnet Users Guide.
