[求助] 瞬态仿真不收敛

小弟在仿真一个RF-DC整流器,频率915MHz,在进行瞬态仿真的时候出现警告和报错如下:

瞬态仿真的精度在设置为conservative和moderate均出现上述错误,当设置为liberal仿真可以正常运行;
想问问导致这个错误的原因是什么?有什么方法可以解决?如果我使用liberal进行瞬态仿真得到的结果能用吗,会不会因为精度低导致结果错误?感谢各位解答!!!!

找到原因了,是我的地连接的有问题,感谢

请问一下楼主是怎么连接错误呢,我也有发现这个问题

就是发现我的一个管子和地之间连接和我的电路图不同,是我自己LVS连接的错误,修改之后就没有问题了,你也可以再检查检查连接有没有问题
