QRC提取寄生参数提取失败

用QRC提取文件时，提取出的av_extrated文件大小是0，但是又没有任何报错，一直显示提取成功，请问是因为什么原因呢？

注：版图能过DRC和LVS，就是LVS的电气部分ERC显示错误，但这个应该无关紧要？

去找了一下log文件，里面最后显示这个错误：
cannot open edge_text_metal1_reg: No such file or directory. Please contact Cadence customer support for assistance. Note that providing a testcase to reproduce the problem will assist in troubleshooting.
command failed with status 255
Please check QRC installation or contact Cadence Customer Support.
请问是什么意思？这个对应的metal1文件又该去哪找啊？
