招聘的职位:

1. DSP Engineer
Responsibilities:
Leading DSP activities from feature development to integration
Defining and writing system level specifications for development teams or integration teams
Provide performance figures based on theoretical analyses and simulations
Work in collaboration with all company teams such as SW, FPGA, Algorithms, QA, and other
Handle and debug signal processing issues coming from internal lab testing as well as from customers

Requirements:
Knowledge source for DSP systems and product behaviors
Deep understanding in at least two or more of following topics is a must, blind signal demodulation, signal classification, pattern recognition, Neural network, TETRA, DMA, AM, FSK, PSK, and OFDM
Good understanding of software defined radio or Two-way radio systems
Good understanding of implementing and simulating DSP systems in MATLAB (or similar)
Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related discipline

Other requirements:
Team player experienced in working in agile environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
Passion for Electronics and technology in general

2. SW Systems Engineer (C++)
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, optimize and integrate embedded software for radio frequency related applications
Participate in the product development lifecycle from inception and design to bring-up, optimization, verification
Use good design principles for software development
Implement algorithms that are developed from the domain
Design and implement tests and test interfaces to validate your code

Requirements
B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or similar
10+ years of proven software development experience
Extensive proven experience programming C++ including modern standards
OOP design principles and knowledge are a prerequisite
Extensive experience with Linux in general, Ubuntu is desirable
Extensive experience with multi-threaded real-time software design, implementation and debugging
Familiarity with standard software development tools: git, Jira (or any other bug tracker), conan (or similar)
RF DSP knowledge and experience are highly desirable

Bonus Skills:
Programming C and/or Python
RTOS development such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, Zephyr
Experience using lab equipment (signal generators, spectrum analysers, logic analysers, or oscilloscopes)

Other requirements:
Passion for Software Development and Technology in general
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
Be open to learn and be willing to be challenged
Good level of spoken and written English language (upper-intermediate)
Be a team player

3. Senior Hardware Systems Engineer (HW)
Responsibilities:
Design and develop cutting edge communication systems
Design and develop cutting edge platforms for electronics systems
Work on projects from concept design to mass production level
Work with various teams such as mechanical design, board design, RF design and FW
Design/ develop the system accessories including wiring, connectors, and associated mechanical interfaces
Working with contractors, vendors and suppliers on custom and off the shelf components
Assist system integration, bring up, debug and testing. Perform design verification against requirements and specifications, and generate verification report
System documentation
Design to meet military standards, thermal and environmental constraint following industry-standard processes and procedures
Providing technical support for hardware issues
Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues
Collaborating with other engineers


Requirements:
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware systems engineering
Experience with military standard payloads for stationary/ vehicular/ airborne solutions
Experience with board design, RF design, mechanical design
Knowledge in digital systems, analog system, power supply
Knowledge in RF, transmitter/ receiver architecture
Hands on lab debugging/ measurement skills using Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, multi-meter etc.
Familiarity with a wide range of hardware devices
Self-motivated - highly capable at planning out work and executing projects independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Other requirements:
Passion for hardware and technology in general
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure

5..Lab Engineer (Wireless/Telecoms)
Responsibilities:
Assist in design, assembly, and test telecommunication systems covering multiple technologies
Test and troubleshoot product performance including rework/soldering/rerouting of system’s elements
Bring-up subsystems/boards. Build the testing setups, test, run analysis and debug systems/boards which are under development
Perform functional tests of RF components, RF subsystems, digital and analog components, power supplies, filters, and other electrical elements
Create and perform Factory Acceptance Test and field tests
Write and follow test plan and procedures, generate clear and concise test reports
Design, build, and program automation solutions for equipment/systems in the labs
Test bench design
PCB Debbugging and Root Cause Failure Analysis
Creation of logbooks and NCRs for each PCB


Requirements:
BSc in electrical engineering or computer engineering is required
Experience in military telecommunication systems is an advantage
10+  years experience in lab environment
Strong understanding of LabVIEW and its functionalities. Certified LabVIEW Developers (CLD) - is an advantage
Good knowledge on C, C++, C#
Practical knowledge and experience of electronics
Practical hands-on skills with electronic boards (debugging, troubleshooting, components soldering)
Experience with RF equipment such as: Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, Cellular Signals Analysis, - is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to build, test and troubleshoot systems
Experience in RF board design - is an advantage
Self-directed - highly capable at planning out work and executing projects independently
Ability to create / edit manufacturing drawings, MBD (Model-Based Definition) process is a plus
Strong proficiency in Python programming language. Understanding of data structures, OOPs and experience with libraries such socket, SciPy and async programming
Ability to create an interface for testers to trigger the automated test cases
Ability to automate the generation, formatting and organize the test reports
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in lab workflows and developing automated solutions to improve productivity
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiar with Linux environment
Knowledge CI/CD pipelines (e.g: Teamcity / Artifactory) - is an advantage


Other requirements:
Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capability at working with multiple stakeholders, including clients
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
Proactive, problem solver skills and able to manage time and different multiple tasks in parallel
Good level of spoken and written English language (upper-intermediate)
