Tessent BSD问题

各位大佬


使用Tessent在RTL级做BSD的时候（mbist之前），总是报下面这样的Error，不清楚是啥原因？大佬们有遇到的吗？

Error: /DftSpecification(xxx,rtl)/IjtagNetwork/HostScanInterface(tap)/Interface/daisy_chain_with_existing_client
        The property daisy_chain_with_existing_client was set to 'auto' and
        the tdo pad has a functional connection make to it. This error will go away
        if you specify daisy_chain_with_existing_client to 'on', however, this may result in a non 1149.1 compliant configuration.

tdo这个pad需要如何去修改控制信号呢？

需要手动把TDO断开，再连接，工具当成菊花链了。

你懂我意思了吧

我在芯片的rtl网表里加了所有jtag的pad，也有这个问题，而且只有TDO

我把那个配置成off，但是有warning，不知道有没有影响

这个可能是管脚复用设置的不对，工具分析发现TDO上面连接了其他TAP，只要设置到bsd模式即可，保证TDO没有连接任何东西就好了，大家可以试试，我说的也不一定对
