啟動VMANAGER 22.01.003 時遇license call failed 問題，就教先輩。

解決了。
先讓C家 license 啟動，一般軟體如 xcelium 可正常運作。
找出 vmanager 中 LmApi-xxx.jar 或 framwework-licsrv-***.jar 兩個檔案。現印象中找到 LmApi-xxx.jar
find <vmanager-path> -name LmApi-*
找到後，削掉或改名保留。再將附件中檔案改與原檔案同名並取代。
這樣就好了。
