Position: Analog Design Leader/Manager on Analog/mixed-signal ProductsLocation: Shanghai, ChinaJob DescriptionDrive every phase of an IC project development: starting with product definition, design partitioning and architecture,  circuit design, layout supervision and design verification\validation supervision.Work with application and test engineers to define optimal characterization and test solution.Provide mentorship and training as needed to junior analog designers Communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, with other global design centers and participate in product definition and evolution.Requirement:  MSEE or PHD in Microelectronics or EE related majors, equivalent degree/experience acceptable  ＞8 years of solid experience & knowledge of precision analog/ mixed signal IC design.   Experience on precision ADC/DAC design is a strong plus  Great team player and be able to drive activities under complex project. Project leadership or team leadership experience is a strong plus  Creating innovative solutions to solve challenging circuit and architecture problems  Self-motivation, result oriented, good team work and communication skills  Good spoken and written English
