scl2018确定可以。11.10是2015的吧，不行

为啥不要安装包，要安装后的文件夹呢？这个应该不能直接移植安装文件夹使用吧

scl 2018和2021 都不行

2018以前license文件用不了，2020版的license加密方式不一样，需要重新破解生成

最好有安装包，但是一般不愿意共享安装包，退而求其次试试看安装后文件夹能不能用吧。
