Tetramax patterns and images

I am doing ATPG for various fault models like stuck-at, at-speed, IDDQ
Q1: should I get a single pattern file for each fault model or there is a way to merge them in a single file and remove redundant patterns?
Q2: I generate an image file for later diagnosis on tester reports, should I also generate an image file for each fault
as it also contains DRC setting which kinda varies from one fault to another
eg >> in stuck At at-speed
--> add_pi_constraints 0 scan_enable
--> add_pi_constraints 0 reset
At at-fault, we don't add these constraints

Usually different type of patterns need different test mode setup sequence. So
Q1&Q2: each pattern has its own pattern file and image.
