IC618 安装问题

安装好了618 ，用了1patch.sh  patch ,cdslicgen.py生成license,配置好环境，用户端起不来
virtuoso& 提示

ERROR (DB-320001): Failed to launch the application because the license required to initialize Virtuoso Framework is not available. Ensure that the environment variables are set correctly and that the license server is up and has the required licenses available.
是patch 不彻底？还是哪里问题，求指教！
