Position Overview:

As a System Design Engineer, you will play a key role on these items:

1. Participate the whole life-cycle of SoC including Architecture Investigation,Prototype Verification, Post-Si Validation, Debugging and Marketing Supporting.

2. Pre-Si SoC enabling on FPGA and Post-Si SoC Power-on.

    Design Verification/Validation Spec. Implement test cases by prototype driver(in C).

    Design/Build Test Environment (both HW and SW).

    Co-work with HW-Design Team and Firmware Team on issue debugging.

3. Design Tools/Libraries to support SoC Products on Release and Debugging.

4. Investigate cutting-edge technology/algorithm including but not limited to:

   Cyber-Security Algorithm, Ethernet-MAC/IP Protocol/Algorithm, Machine LearningStack for Embedded System.

   Build C-Model of Protocol/Algorithm to support HW Module Design and ChipFunctional Verification.

5. Paper-work including but not limited to: Verification/Validation Spec,C-Model/Tools/Libraries Manual and Wiki.

Requirement:

1.Experienced Embedded System Engineer with 2 years or higher.

2.Good at Programming. C and Python are mandatory. C++/Java/Rust/Go are welcome.

3.Understand the Classical Computer Architecture and SoC Architecture.

   Experience on Bare-metal development is plus.

   Experience on ARM/MIPS/PowerPC/RISC-V is plus.

   Experience on Pre-Si Verification (on FPGA) and Post-Si Validation (onEvaluation Board) is plus.

4.HW Knowledges:

   Basic: UART, I2C, SPI.

   Better: NAND/NOR Flash, EEPROM

   Desired: RISC Arch, AHB/APB BUS, Ethernet

5.SW Knowledges:

   Basic: Linux, Vim

   Better:  Shell Script, Makefile

   Desired: Compiler/Linker, GDB, OpenOCD, Docker,  RTOS, EmbeddedFilesystem, Tensorflow-Lite

6.Good Communication skills, especially in Technical Writing and Reporting;

7.Self-Motivated and Teamwork.
