我正在尝试下载EDA工具，但我没有百度帐户，甚至无法创建一个新帐户，如果有人与我分享他的帐户以便我可以下载工具，那将是非常高兴的。

Have they changed the rules on who can have an account? I have an account and I'm an English speaker in the US. I don't even know Mandarin. I wish I did though, it would make using their service a lot easier. I have to translate everything. Which is hard when paying for VIP. Anyway, if there's something you want, let me know, maybe I can get it for you.

They may have blocked new users outside of China. I've seen that happen before.

you can use the terabox or dubox which is the oversea version of baidu netdisk
