Job Title: FAE Engineer / 工作职位：现场应用工程师

Location: Shanghai, China  /工作地点：上海

Scope / 产品范围：

·       Responsible for SerDes and Memory PHY related IP core products, possiblyevolving to other IP cores.

·       负责Serdes和Memory PHY相关的IP核产品，有涉及其他IP核产品的可能。

Responsibilities/ 职责：

·       Support Sales team and business Unites in Technical pre-sales, newproduct introduction and post sales technical support to grow business throughdesign win.

·       支持销售团队和业务部门进行技术售前，新产品介绍和售后技术支持，以通过Designwin来增长业务。

·       Identifies, understands, and conveys customer challenges and industrytrends to marketing, sales, and engineering to develop new products or toenhance existing products.

·       甄别，了解以及向市场部，销售部和工程部门传达客户面临的挑战和行业趋势，以开发新产品或增强现有产品。

·       Develops strong customer relationships and credibility with engineeringand business teams.

·       与工程部和业务团队协作，发展建立牢固的客户关系和信用

·       Providing technical customer support and assistance to solve the issuesand enable customer successfully integrate / use Rambus IP products.

·       提供客户技术支持和协助以解决问题，并使客户成功集成/使用RambusIP产品。

Skills/Requirements:技能/要求

·       Combined Large Corporation and Startup Experience is a plus / 具备大型企业和新创公司工作经验优先

·       5+ years successful experience in Field Application Engineering  / 5年以上FAE工作经验

·       DRAM and memory system and high-speed SerDes/system design expertise isrequired / 要求具备DRAM，内存系统以及高速接口设计专业知识

·       Strong knowledge of Product engineering methodologies is a must / 必须具有丰富的产品工程方法学知识

·       Strong knowledge of test methodologies is a must / 必须对测试方法有深入的了解

·       Ability to work in a fast paced, project oriented, team environment  / 具备在快节奏，项目为主导的团队环境中工作的能力

·       Have proven experience in successfully dealing with large customers oncritical products/ projects / 具有在关键产品/项目上成功与大型客户打交道的经验

·       Excellent communication /presentation skills in both English and Chinese/ 优秀的中英文沟通/表达能力

·       Creative thinker, able to articulate “out of the box” concepts and drivethem down to business results / 创意思维，能够阐明“开箱即用”的概念并将其推向业务成果
