岗位描述
? Experiences in leading or managing the development of custom circuits or compilers for elements such as SRAM, Register Files, standard cells in leading process technologies.
? Strong technical knowledge of custom circuits and associated tools.
? Transistor-level design, schematic entry, layout interaction, post-layout spice analysis, timing and margins characterization, EM and IR analysis.
? Knowledge of industry standard circuit, design and integration tools.
? Solid understanding of device physics and processes.
? Understand the complete design flow, DFT and testing aspect of the compiler IPs.
? Ability to work with architects, logic design teams, circuit designers and bridge the knowledge boundary for all.
? Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work in global environment
? Good communication skills and strong motivation for customer support
? Strong analytical & Problem solving skills
岗位要求
? Master degree in Electrical Engineering, with 5+ years of experience in design and managing design teams to deliver high performance circuits, SRAMs, register files, custom datapaths.
? Delivered at least one generation of memory compilers in advanced process node.
