TSMC65工艺安装，添加完display.drf，打开layout XL报警告

安装180工艺的时候没有遇到过的问题。
猜测是安装出现问题了，但是根据警告也找不到具体的解决办法。。。
烦请大家帮帮忙，或者给个提示~
