Responsibilty
•        The ASIC Director will lead chip development efforts which include design, verification and validation
•        Manage a team of logic design and verification engineers, drive hiring activities and mentor team members.
•        In addition, you will plan, track and facilitate execution of ASIC projects with Headquarter.
•        You will provide technical guidance and ensure timely completion of projects and achieve high quality bug free silicon.


Requirements
•        Should have experience both as a technical lead as well as a project manager.
•        Must also have a strong understanding of all phases of front-end development in ASIC projects, including ASIC architecture, micro-architecture, RTL design, verification, timing closure, physical design and bring-up.
•        Requires hands-on experience with all stages of VLSI development as well as a proven track record of building and leading interdisciplinary teams in a similar setting.
