工作职责

1.负责AI处理器芯片中CPU构架设计、c-model设计和RTL实现；
2.参与CPU设计验证和性能评估
3.参与IP整个开发流程， Lint检查、综合、验证；
4.参与SOC级设计和验证，系统级的性能分析。

工作要求

1.5年以上的RISC处理器相关设计经验；
2.熟悉CPU构架，有ARM或RISC-V设计经验优先
3.能熟练使用前端工具，如VCS/Formality/DC/PT等；
4.良好的英语口交流，读写能力；
5.工作积极主动，良好的团队合作，思路清晰严谨。
