if I input the parameters W=10u, NF=2 of a mos model, what is the effective total width that spectre would simulate?


for my understanding it should be splitted to 2x5u with effective W=10u, they should be the same. However, by simulation with Id,sat (NF=1) < Id,sat (NF=2), why?

是两倍关系吗？如果只是细微差距，那你理解没有错。
问题是，有些工艺的总W是要乘上nf的，这两种我都遇到过。后者和mul类似，严格讲和m的区别，好像仅仅是源漏不共用而已。
