数字芯片验证

职责描述：
1、研究产品功能和相关协议标准，制定验证目标，计划，覆盖率和流程
2、创建和维护芯片功能验证环境，集成多种验证方法和工具
3、在模块，芯片和系统等级别，对芯片功能进行仿真验证，回归和性能建模
4、与设计工程师紧密合作，查找设计缺陷
5、协助测试工程师，完成芯片测试工作
6、协助设计工程师和软件工程师进行FPGA平台验证调试
7、协助芯片的bring-up
8、撰写验证报告

任职要求：
1、电子或计算机等相关专业硕士以上学位
2、具有2年以上相关工作经验，具有3年以上设计验证经验
3、精通芯片仿真和验证工具及方法，熟悉FPGA验证流程
4、精通Verilog，SystemVerilog，高级编程语言如C/C++，和脚本编程
5、熟悉计算机体系结构

前端设计工程师（DDR方向）

Responsible for design of DDR3/4 controller, including specification, architecture, micro-architecture, implementation (using Verilog), and verification;
2. Co-work with analog team for DDR PHY design;
3. RTL Coding, including block design, top level design, DFT/Lower power design in SoC;
4. Integrate ddr controller to SoC, clock & reset structure design, chip debugging, failure analysis;
5. Support physical layout team on analog macro integration and synthesis/timing analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Master or above in EE;
2. Solid understanding of digital design is a must, at least 3+ years DDR/PHY work experience;
3. Be familiar with all stages of the ASIC design flow (including specification and design implementation);
4. Be familiar with SOC system architecture;
5. Skilled in verilog and system Verilog language, vcs/nc verilog sim tool;
6. Self motivated, good communication skill and team work spirit.

前端设计工程师

JOB DESCRIPTION of PCIe:
1. Define PCIe Tspec, communicate with IP vendor;
2. Support SOC team for PCIe related verification problems;
3. Work with test engineer to develop engineering and production test platform;
4. Provide technical support to customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master degree or above in EE/CS or other related major with ~ 5+ year experience in PCIe or other high speed peripheral IO’s verification ;
2. Deep understanding of PCIe protocol in MAC/Data Link/PHY layers;
3. Good knowledge of design verification methodology, such as UVM or OVM;
4. Strong System Verilog coding and familiar with front-end design flow;
5. Strong C/C++ software development experiences;
6. Be familiar with scripting language, such as Python, Perl;
7. Proven track record of IC with PCIe IP tape out in advanced technology;
8. Good team leadership.
