Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Test Development and New Product Introduction.
-Work with Product Engineering team to optimize Product Quality, Yield, and Cost from development through high volume production.
-Activities include hardware and software design for new product test solutions
-Working with designers on design-for-test and design-for-manufacturability
-Transfer of test to productions, hardware and test program documentation, test program sustaining, and test time and test integrity improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
-Analog Application Engineering Background is desired.
-Able to perform in both fast and high volume production environment.
-Familiarity with mixed-signal semiconductor IC and Knowledge with CMOS wafer process.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Should have background in driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.
-Knowledge of C/C++ is required.
-Having analog IC test experience is desired.
-Knowledgeable in ATE test development is a plus.
