Position: Manager, IC Design
Location: Zhangjiang Shanghai

Responsibilities:
• Hands on microarchitecture and RTL design
• Working closely with various functional groups from multi-site to contribute to product specifications, digital design, ASIC tape out, and silicon validation
。 Scope projects and plan execution schedules
• Identify and analyze problems and come up with solutions
• Drive DFT, Synthesis, Timing closure and Power estimation

Requirements:
• MSEE in Electronics or Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of RTL design experience
• Experience in designing DSP or complex SOC architecture
• Strong knowledge of low power design
• Hands on experience with standard RTL design tools and simulators
• Strong English communication skills to interface with global teams
