#1. More than 3 years of PR related working experience.
#2. Familiar with physical design flow/tools.Experience with Cadence SOC-Encounter is a plus.
#3. Successful tape-out experience is a strong plus.
#4. Analog/Mixed signal design experience is a plus.
#5. Good programming skill(Perl/TCL) is a plus.
#6. Must be a good team player and have good communication skills.
