ic617挂hspice2015仿真时有如下警告，求教下是什么意思。是model的问题还是设置的问题，麻烦大家了。mn5 device geometries will not be checked against the limits set by lmin, lmax, wmin and wmax. To enable this check, add a period(.) to the model name(i.e. enable model selector). (MODEL: 10007)
