安装IC617+MMSIM151后仿真时出现报错

在安装完IC617+MMSIM151后对上述软件安装成功与否，做了一个简单的电路进行验证，仿真时出现如下报错

ic616和mmsim13、mmsim10结合多会有WARNING，但是用ic5141和mmsim10跑没有警告，具体如下
