SoC设计工程师
岗位职责 :
1、参与SoC Spec定义、定制芯片架构；
2、负责IP的设计实现、可测性设计、形式验证、系统集成、芯片测试支持
3、配合其他工程师完成FPGA平台开发


岗位要求:
  1、电子信息、微电子类专业等相关专业硕士
  2、精通Verilog和System Verilog，熟练使用EDA仿真及调试工具
  3、熟悉C/C++
4、3年以上SOC芯片前端设计经验、熟悉ARM、AMBA等
5、良好的文档编写能力
6、具有RFID芯片设计经验者优先
7、具有flash接口、具有ARM协处理器接口设计经验者优先
8、具有RSA/ECC加密模块设计经验者优先
9、具有低功耗设计经验者优先




SoC验证工程师
岗位职责 :
1、负责SoC 顶层、或IP集成验证、软硬件协同验证平台建设
2、制定全功能覆盖验证计划
3、Formality Verification、STA及post-simulaiton
4、开发FPGA原型平台系统
岗位要求：


1、电子信息、微电子类专业等相关专业硕士
2、精通verilog、System Verilog、C/C++
3、熟悉基于ARM核的SoC 编程
4、熟悉ARM结构，精通AMBA总线协议、具有C/C++编程及调试经验
5、具有VMM/OVM/UVM验证经验
6、具有RSA/ECC加密模块验证经验者优先
7、3年以上SoC开发、验证相关工作经验


资深芯片验证工程师（北京/上海）  


Responsibilities:
?
Develop test plans, tests and verification infrastructure for complex IP's/sub-system/SOC's
?
Create verification environment for both directed and random verification
?
Create reusable  bus functional models, monitors, checkers and scoreboards
?
Drive functional coverage driven verification closure
?
Work with architects, designers and post-silicon teams
?


Requirements:
?
BS / MS with 5+ years of experience in design verification
?
Experience in design verification for CPU related IPs are highly desirable
?
Experience as verification lead for complex IP
?
Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Debussy, Simvision)
?
Expertise in Verilog
?
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead highly competent team.  
?
Experience in SystemVerilog or similar HVL is highly desirable
?
Strong debugging and problem solving skills
?
Scripting knowledge (Perl/shell)
?
Strong fundamentals in computer architecture desirable
?
C++ programming language experience desirable
?
