Analog / Mixed Signal Design Engineer (Shanghai)
Job Description :
* Support the definition of product specifications
* Design of analog/mixed signal circuits by using state of the art BICMOS process technologies
* Define the topology of integrated DC/DC converter and simulate these converter on system level by using analog HDL (like Verilog-A)
* Work with product test engineers to ensure proper testability of the devices
* Supervise the chip layout
* First silicon evaluation on the bench

Qualifications:
* MS degree in electonics or equivalent
* At least 2 years professional experience in the design of analog/digital integrated circuits , preferably in power management or automotive Or 3+ year professional experience in design or application of switched mode power supplies
* Experience with state of the art EDA tools
* Solid knowledge in the theory of feedback loops
* Good knowledge of solid state technologie
* Solid knowledge of english language


Senior Power IC Design Engineer (Shanghai)
Primary Responsibilities:
Design state of art low power DC/DC converters
Be responsible for top level design from system specification, simulation plan development, floor planning, circuit design and simulations, layout supervision, resolving issues in the schematic and design rule verification of the IC, lab evaluation trouble shooting
Work with marketing systems design test to define and drive the successful launch of new products
Work closely with ESD engineers for an overall protection scheme
Support application group on customer related questions

Job Requirements:
3+ years professional experience in the design of analog/mixed signal integrated circuits, preferably in power management or automotive
Bachelor degree or above majoring in EE
Must be experienced in designing with high power semiconductor devices analog design blocks analog layout techniques
