Job Description:

1.Perform DDR/PCIE interface SI simulation, analysis, and debug;

2. Perform high speed SI simulation and analysis;

3.Extraction of channel model using standard industry tools;

4. Lab measurements of interconnect channel in frequency and time domains.

Key Qualification:

1.Requires 5+ years hands-on experience in design and analysis of product power supply solution;

2.Experience in PI/SI methodology development, PDN modeling from system to die, and lab correlation/validation;

3.Deep understanding of power supply architecture covering voltage regulator selection, PCB and package design trends and trade-offs, and chip supply design including low-power design methodologies;

4. Good understanding of Voltage Regulator design principles and electrical performance in the system environment;

5.Good knowledge in 3D/2D EM simulation tools, electromagnetic and transmission line theory.
