严格按照文档都替换了，为什么license可以正常启动，就是不能checkout

*Error* Unable to checkout the SKILLCAD license
Probably:
The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the
port or hostname in the license file has been changed,
or all available licenses are checked out.
