Responsibilities:

1.
As 2nd line support, help 1st line deskside supportto resolve user IT issues Provide end user training;

2.
Coordinate/lead backend support teams totroubleshoot complex technical issues Support global team to implement new ITprojects in China, on schedule, and with quality；

3.
Support global information security team to archiveinfosec strategic goals;

4.
Periodically audit China IT systems/laptops forpossible security concerns;

5.
Understand user requirements, and discoveropportunities for improving user productivity by using IT tools;

6.
Interface between global IT organization andinternal customers;

7.
Skills required to perform the job;

8.
Basic understanding of information securityconcepts;

9.
Infrastructure system management experience(Servers/Network)；

10.
Helpdeskexperience (HW/SW (Windows/MS Office/other apps))；

11.
IntermediateEnglish verbal and written communication skills；

12.
Highlevel of ownership and accountability；

13.
Projectmanagement skills *preferred；

14.
BasicSharePoint/website knowledge *preferred；

Requirements:

1.
MinimumEducation: College or University graduation；

2.
Minimumexperience: 5+ years of IT support experience；

3.
multipleyears of IT support with English experience；
