license issue

please help for cadence license

I have two license files, both of them have the same contents but a bit differences:

one of them have feature line:
FEATURE 100 cdslmd 1000.000 permanent uncounted HOSTID=ANY SIGN2=5****************
vs.
FEATURE 100 cdslmd 1000.0000 permanent uncounted 1***************** HOSTID=ANY

but license log are much different,
CADENCE_ERROR_MSG:        Invalid license code for FEATURE "100" with code "5*********************". Ignored.

vs.

cdslmd) ==>FEATURE 100 cdslmd 1000.0000 permanent uncounted 1********************** \
HOSTID=ANY
cdslmd) Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code)

please note the code string, 5******************** and hotid are identical

please help debug how to fix those
