岗位要求：
1、集成电路/微电子/计算机/通信等相关专业硕士
2、3年左右数字电路设计经验，有RTL Design，IP开发及Verification经验，做过一些规模比较大的模块设计。
3、有过SOC设计经历，熟练掌握一种或多种IC设计工具，如ncverilog/VCSerdi/DC/ISE等
4、熟悉perl或tcl或shell等脚本语言，有makefile经验
5、熟悉unix工作环境
6、沟通能力好，具有团队精神
7、具下列条件者更佳：
1)熟悉网络通信和switch相关协议，如802.3等协议
2)有fpga 绕线以及debug 经验
